The location was incredible and the room was clean. The hotel was placed within 0.5 km of the airport. Enjoyed the way our neat and fabulous king room with 3 beds was arranged.
The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

We had booked a triple room and we actually stayed in one of the apartments next door. This was ideal as we had a small kitchen with microwave, fridge etc etc. Ideal location near buses, good shops, cafes, botanic gardens,m university etc Would definately stay again
The only slight problem would be the steps which were a challenge at times - a big double buggy (!)

Quiet, near shopping centre
The machine for providing hot water for tea. The water for tea was not hot enough even at highest setting. Tea was awful.

The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast with good coffee and full ' Scottish' to choose from, for instance is excellent for what is offered. Would return there for the location, it was excellent and perfect

I like this hotel because you can be very fast and easy to the center of glasgow by bus or underground. Next to the hotel you have the beautiful Botanic Gardens- there you can make a fine walk or spend your leisure hours!
